Our NEW podcast!

This fall Jarod and I attended ITEC in Des Moines where we saw a renewal of interest in podcasting as a contemporary medium for the age-old tradition of oral storytelling. During the conference, Iowa City High School students podcasted live and we were able to listen to elementary students share their learning and thoughts through posted podcasts.

Podcasting is a medium for listening on the go -- no watching a video or reading text -- so we decided to use podcasting as a format for spreading the word about the great work teachers in the area are doing concerning bringing learning to the next level of thinking.
