When it comes to your Clarity data, it is important to know how to dig through it all. The videos below give a walkthrough of the Clarity dashboard data and shows how to find and make connections between certain data points. Finding these connections helps any school create an action plan with their data.

Sorting main ideas into the 4A's.

Once you begin looking at your data, it might be a good idea to begin sorting some of the big ideas into the 4A's:

  • Affirm

  • Ah-Ha's

  • Ask

  • Actions

What is the CASE Framework?

Clarity's data falls into the four areas of the CASE Framework. This video helps to understand what is the framework and why it is important.

Learning Score
What does the Technology and Learning Score mean?

As you begin to look at your data, you will notice certian scores throughout the dashboard. This video helps to explain what these scores mean when it comes to your data.

Trends
How do Trends work in Clarity?

If you are a school that has been collecting data for more than one year, then you may be interested in learning about trends. Comparing your data over time helps to see if progress is made in areas that were targeted as goals for improvement. 

Compare
How does the Compare Feature work?

Because Clarity collects data from differnt demographic groups, you can easily compare these perspectives side-by-side. This may give further insight into connecting data.

Connections
Making Connections within your Clarity data.

Your Clarity data is robust, but it helps to see how certian points of data can affect other points. Finding connections between these points could tremendously help in developing your Action Plan.
