Logical Learners- Drexler Middle School, Western Dubuque
Sixth graders at DMIS learned how to think logically by playing logical and strategic games funded through the McElroy Education grant. The grant provided several different games for the classroom, which students have an opportunity to play when time allows. Students have learned to play cooperatively together and sometimes, even against each other in fun competitions. This has been a great experience that the students have enjoyed.

Students will play logic board games in "logic stations" to support math learning as well as problem solving.
